Since 2009, we have been passionately cultivating centuries-old olive trees in Chiaramonte Gulfi, in the heart of the Iblei Mountains. Our extra virgin olive oil, strictly hand-picked and cold-pressed, is an artisanal excellence with an intense aroma of green tomato and artichoke — produced in just 5,000 bottles per year.
